- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product does not match the description provided on the website.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
📌 Important: Customers must provide an unboxing video or a clear video of the damaged/defective product at the time of opening the package.
Without a valid video proof, returns/refunds will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return/refund:
Sarees, clothing, or jewelry that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
Perishable or fragile products (e.g., clay décor items) unless damaged in transit.
Items purchased under clearance or sale offers (unless defective).

Once approved, our team will arrange pickup/shipping instructions.
Products must be returned in unused condition with original tags, packaging, and invoice. - Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If approved, refunds will be processed within [7–14 working days] through the original payment method.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Refunds without proper video proof of damage/defect will not be accepted. - Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible only if the replacement product is in stock.
If unavailable, a refund (subject to policy) will be processed. - Shipping & Return Costs
If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, the vendor will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (color, size, style), the customer must bear the shipping cost. - Vendor-Specific Policies
